There’s about ten pieces of music (four bars each) that were artificially evolved (using genetic programming). The protagonists are now doing a survey to get a measure of whether they’re any good. I thought most of them were pretty awful and sound like a sadistic Squarepusher doing commercial jingles for hungover Christmas shoppers.
